Bishop Fabbro announces pastoral appointments and changes

Bishop Fabbro announces the following pastoral appointments and changes:
Rev. Arockiadoss Velanganni, OFM Cap., has been appointed Administrator of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, London, effective September 22, 2019.  I would also like to thank Rev. David Connolly, OFM Cap., for his ministry and leadership during the transition of the Capuchin Community into St. Andrew the Apostle Parish.
                                 
Rev. Manjo Pathiyil George, OFM Cap., is appointed Associate Pastor in the South Kent Catholic Family of Parishes.  This appointment was effective September 15, 2019.  I extend a very warm welcome to Father Manjo as he begins his ministry with us in the diocese.
 
Rev. Mark Gazin, C.S.B., is appointed Parochial Vicar of Ste Anne Parish, Tecumseh, and Good Shepherd Parish, Lakeshore, in addition to his current appointment to the Marriage Tribunal.  This appointment is effective September 27, 2019.  I would also like to thank Rev. Clare Coleman for his support and ministry at Good Shepherd and Ste Anne Parishes during the month of September.
 
I  thank the members of the Priest Personnel Board and offer our prayers and support to our priests and parish teams who are affected by these pastoral changes.  May God continue to bless our ministry to the people of our Diocese.
