The Avon-Thames Catholic Family of Parishes and Erie Shores South Catholic Family of Parishes began their journey yesterday - July 6, 2020. Seven more families will be activated in September.

A list of diocesan churches and that are open and the planned opening dates for others. **It is important that parishioners confirm Mass and other times online or by telephone.** Many parishes are also asking people to register in advance to help manage seating capacity due to the 30% limit. This helps reduce the risk you show up to find the seats are taken.

Please read our comprehensive guidelines on safely reopening churches in the Diocese of London. The opening of churches is permitted for weekday Mass, private prayer, and individual Confessions effective Wednesday, 17 June, and for Sunday Masses, effective Saturday/Sunday, 20-21 June. Parishes which cannot be ready by then may delay their opening to 27-28 June, or even 4-5 July. Churches will open on a gradual basis across the Diocese as pastors/administrators determine their readiness. Parishioners are asked to check their local parish website or call the parish office to ask about Mass times, etc.
